A Happy New Year

There is an old Chinese curse which runs “may you live in interesting times” and certainly looking back at 2016 no one could say that it wasn’t packed with incident. In May when we celebrated our fifteenth birthday we took the opportunity to thank everyone who had helped to contribute to the Beckworth success story.

At the time when we ran through some highs and lows of the previous fifteen years; the turmoil of the Brexit and US election results were still ahead of us. Their legacy will stretch into the years ahead but so far the worst case scenario predictions have failed to materialise as people and businesses, to borrow a well-known phrase, kept calm and carried on. There may be challenges ahead in 2017 but we will bring to them the experience which we have gathered over the past fifteen years -helping our clients to make long-term investment decisions based on their individual circumstances and predicted future needs.
