Jonathan Wadsworth - Director

Jonathan has over 18 years experience within the Financial Services industry. Born in Exeter, he started advising on mortgages, then joined the London & Manchester Group in their mortgage department and then their Pension Review Unit.

In 1997 Jonathan became an Independent Financial Adviser and in 2001 formed Beckworth Financial Services Ltd.

During his career Jonathan has continued to study and has successfully completed qualifications including a HND in Business Studies as well as the Financial Planning Certificates. In 2000 he joined the country's elite tier of Financial Advisers when he obtained his G60 qualification allowing him to provide advice on Occupational and Pension Transfers.

Jonathan's wife Jane is an Ophthalmic Optician and they have two children.

Sara Waplington - Consultant

Sara has almost 10 years experience in the Financial Services industry and joined Beckworth Financial Services Ltd in 2004.

Before becoming a Financial Adviser, Sara completed a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies and Finance as well as the Financial Planning Certificates. She has recently begun studying for her Advanced Financial Planning Certificate which is a qualification held by only a small percentage of Financial Advisers.

Sara was born in Exeter and now lives in Yarcombe, a village near Honiton. Sara's husband Steve is a Chiropodist and they have two children.

Laura Wiltshire - Manager

Laura has been in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years, joining Bowring Financial Services and quickly gaining promotion to Senior Administrator. After working in their Birmingham office, she returned to Exeter in 2001 to set up the office and procedures for Beckworth Financial Services Ltd.

Laura has obtained qualifications including GNVQ Advanced Business (Distinction), NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration, RSA Typing Stage 3 (Distinction) and Financial Planning Certificate.

Also born in Exeter, Laura was raised in Topsham and now lives in Taunton with her fiancé Richard who works in IT Security.
